Colby Shear

Colby has been working in the community association industry since 1998. In that time, she’s held a variety of roles that have given her a deep understanding of what communities need and how to best serve them. Colby is highly accomplished, with 15 years of management experience, as well as multiple executive positions related to management and declarant services. She’s also earned three of the most prestigious Certifications and Designations in the community association industry: Certified Manager Of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).

Colby enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She’s also passionate about donating her skills as a photographer to various charities. Throughout  the industry, she is known  as a funny and personable leader who always puts her clients first.
