Katrina Young

North GA Division Leader

When Katrina joined Team Ardent, she became a Portfolio Manager, and we quickly recognized her talents. She was immediately promoted to a Senior Portfolio Manager, and then Division Leader. She’s been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2016.

Katrina is a total “people person” and loves to see others grow and succeed! She provides support and training to all of Ardent’s managers – particularly the ones who interface with our clients on a daily basis. Her focus is both one-on-one and group training. Her main goal is to motivate and inspire Ardent’s management teams to provide “EXCELLENCE” to all clients.

Katrina has 6 God children, and her beloved “child” is her French Bulldog named “Legend!” She enjoys yoga, running, and cooking, and especially enjoys traveling to warm climate destinations.

She’s passionate about her family and friends, and says one of her greatest joys is helping others. She spends her spare time volunteering at homeless shelters and working with lesser-advantaged youth. We’re super proud to have Katrina on Team Ardent!
