Step 3: Download the Materials List Here, fill out in detail and provide all requested information. Attach below.

Step 4: Click Here to pay the $500.00 deposit, pending successful completion of the new home. You will need your account number which is the street number and the first letter of each street name, i.e. 163 Hawthorn Way=163HW.

Step 5: Fill out each additional section of this application below, attach all requested documents, construction plans, color chips, landscape plans, and any other necessary files to assist in the review and approval of this application.
